Here are some of the companies we have brought into the Dataprise family: Dataprise Mergers and Acquisitions Team Christian Fulmino joined Dataprise in 2022 as a Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development and M&A. He is responsible for driving inorganic growth by identifying and acquiring the best companies in our space. Additionally, Mr. Fulmino works closely with the rest of the executive committee on strategy and growth initiatives.Mr. Fulmino has over 20 years of experience in buyside M&A. Christian has extensive experience leading complex acquisitions in both publicly traded and private equity owned businesses with a track record of successfully identifying potential and viable business acquisitions that support the growth strategy of the organization.Christian has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Rider University and an MBA from Cornell University.. Christian Fulmino Senior Vice President, Corporate Development Jeremy joined Dataprise in 2023 as Director of Corporate Development.With seven years of experience in various M&A roles, Jeremy has supported and executed inorganic growth strategies across several industries.Before Dataprise, Jeremy was the first Corporate Development Manager for North America at DCC Technology, a global technology and lifestyle product distributor. There, he supported the global M&A Director to source, screen, evaluate, and acquire businesses in North America, including Almo, DCC's largest acquisition in its 40+ year history. He also coordinated the post-merger integration of Almo with Stampede, a prior acquisition. Jeremy Kottler Director, Corporate Development Matt joined Dataprise in 2024 as a Manager on the Corporate Development team to support the company's M&A growth initiatives.Matt has more than 7 years of experience in M&A and strategic finance, having held roles in both corporate development and advisory capacities. Most recently, he was a member of the corporate development team of a private equity-backed healthcare staffing company where he was responsible for executing on the Company's M&A strategy. He also spent a few years with a buy-side M&A advisory firm where he supported private equity firms and their portfolio companies to identify and execute platform and add-on acquisitions, primarily in healthcare services. Matt graduated with a BBA in Finance & Accounting from University of Miami.
