The Dataprise benefits package consists of a holistic approach that focuses on employee’s health and wellness, work-life balance, and financial and professional growth. We offer comprehensive medical, dental, and vision packages with telemedicine benefits and income protection insurance and pet insurance. We provide healthy food options at our offices so employees can enjoy complimentary, nutrition-rich meals and snacks. To complement our health focus, we encourage our employees to participate in our onsite fitness classes (including weekly boot camp sessions and yoga), workout challenges, or a subsidized gym membership.
Each year employees can enjoy 3-4 weeks of paid time off and 10 paid holidays. Employees who become new parents are offered paid maternity or paternity leave and take-out meals so that they can focus on their new family addition!

To encourage community engagement within our employees, Dataprise has a VOLUNTEER ROCKS! Program, which individually recognizes and rewards employees who take the time to volunteer in the community. In 2016, we as a group of 300 employees amassed a total of 5,800 volunteer hours!
